As a busy and ambitious working mum of 2 energetic little girls, I know exactly how it feels to want more -

more time for you & your kids, more flexibility to choose the hours you work & when you clock off, more opportunity to create the wealth you want so you can say YES to opportunities without hesitation - a life where feeling in control is the default.

and do I feel guilty for wanting more? No, because I know that everything I want is for the purpose of creating a life of design to benefit everyone involved - my kids, my family, myself & my lovely clients.

It all began at the start of 2023, when the sleepless nights started to subside & I could regain focus from the whirlwind of becoming a mum. I found myself once again, dreaming about the life I had imagined creating for most of my life....one where I had to answer to no one but myself.

Then, as my youngest turned 18 months, I had a pivotal realisation - my 17-year career in the Armed Forces no longer aligned with the life I truly wanted. My values had shifted, my priorities had changed & I was ready to go all in on something that had been sparking excitement in me for years: building my own coaching business.

But with a husband who frequently worked abroad, 2 kids and a demanding full time job, I knew it would be a challenge... but one I was absolutely willing & ready to take....
