I know what it takes to lead when the pressure is on. For almost 2 decades I’ve served as a Senior Officer in the Royal Air Force, leading people in high stake environments where clarity, conviction & strategy is never optional… it's expected.
And here’s what it's taught me: identity and leadership decision making will always make or break the results.
When I stepped into the coaching world, I saw those same patterns mirrored everywhere. Brilliant, capable women working harder than ever… but not creating the impact or seeing the results they deserved.
Not because they weren’t good enough or because they didn’t have strategy. But because no one had ever shown them how to shift into a CEO identity and lead themselves the way true leaders do.
And I get it, because I live the juggle too. Alongside my coaching brand, I’ve built a 7 figure business & continued my military career, whilst raising two VERY energetic little girls. I totally get what it means to carry all the roles, all the responsibility, and still hold the vision for something bigger, that knowing inside that says “you’re still meant for more.”

But here’s what’s really important for you to know…
I didn’t always believe this kind of life & business was possible for me. Prior to my career, I had courage, but my confidence and self esteem truly lacked.
So for years, I was doing what many high-achieving women do: ticking the boxes, following the rules, pushing through and putting everyone else first.
Everything looked great on paper and I had a lot to be grateful for... but deep down, I knew something was missing.
Deep reflection had led me to realise that the career I’d spent years building had, in many ways, been driven by a deep-rooted desire to feel accepted… to prove myself… to be seen as worthy....and for what felt like the longest time, I suppressed the feeling that I was meant to be doing something else, being and becoming something more.
When I became a mum, my values & priorities changed.
I admitted I didn’t want to climb someone else’s ladder anymore. I wanted to build something of my own where I could dictate my own ceiling for success in something that felt truly aligned.
Something that allowed me to be present with my family and fulfilled in my purpose.
